| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá komunikačními postupy mezi učiteli mateřských škol a dětmi předškolního věku. Poukazuje na některé vývojové zvláštnosti dětí a objasňuje pojem výzvového chování. Dále se zaměřuje na komunikaci především z procesního hlediska a na postupy efektivní a neefektivní komunikace. Výzkum v praktické části je zaměřen na reakce učitelů MŠ na výzvové chování dětí. Cílem práce je analýza vztahové roviny reakcí učitelů MŠ a jejich reflektivní pohled na zkušenosti s vnímáním vztahových signálů v komunikaci při práci s dětmi. Dále porovnává učitele se vzděláním v oblasti práce se vztahovými signály v komunikaci a učitele bez tohoto vzdělání. |
| Abstract in different language: | In its theoretical part, the Bachelor's thesis is concerned with communication practices between teachers in kindergartens and pre-school children. It highlights some developmental characteristics of these children and clarifies the concept of challenging behavior. It also focuses on communication viewed first of all as a process, and on procedures producing effective and ineffective communication. In the practical part, research is focused on responses of kindergarten teachers to children's challenging behavior. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the relational aspects of kindergarten teachers´ responses, and present their reflective view on the experience with the perception of relational signals in communication when working with children. Furthermore, the thesis compares teachers educated for work with relational signals in communications, and teachers without such training. |
