| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá teorií slabé státnosti, jejíž charakteristiky jsou vymezeny Indexem zhroucených států. Na jeho pozadí jsou definovány indikátory slabé státnosti vEritreje a dále na základě Indexu lidského rozvoje jsou hodnoceny rozvojové programy OSN. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the topic of weak statehood based on the definition by Fragile States Index. The definiton is applied to the case of Eritrea. Furthermore, the development projects conducted by the UN are evaluated with the tool of Human Development Index. |
