Abstract:	Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis obecné funkčnosti transformátoru, dále na popis suchého zalévaného a olejového transformátoru, které jsou používány v energetice. Práce se rovněž věnuje jejich vzájemnému porovnání a určení, který je vhodnější pro instalaci do konkrétního místa a proč.
Abstract in different language:	This bachelor thesis is focused on the description of the general functionality of the transformer, as well as on the description of the dry type encapsulated and oil type transformers, which are used in the energetics. The thesis also deals with their mutual comparison and determination, which type is more suitable for installation in a particular place and the reason why.
