| Abstract: | Cílem práce je racionalizace výroby nádoby zhášecí tlumivky. Součástí práce je odůvodnění výběru racionalizace nádoby zhášecí tlumivky, analýza technologického postupu výroby nádoby a analýza výrobního procesu. Na základě analýzy byla navržena racionalizační opatření. Ta byla posléze rovněž technicko-ekonomicky vyhodnocena. Závěrem je vyhodnocení celkové úspory racionalizace výroby nádoby. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to rationalize the production of the welding container of the quench reactor. The thesis includes the rationale behind the choice of this rationalization, the analysis of the technological process of the container production and the analysis of the production process. Based on the analysis, rationalization measures have been developed and evaluated technically and economically. The conclusion brings an evaluation of the overall savings of the rationalization of the welding container production. |
