| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces adaptace pracovníků ve společnosti Sportsdirect.com Czech Republic, s.r.o. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit proces adaptace ve vybrané organizaci a v návaznosti na provedenou analýzu formulovat návrhy ke zlepšení procesu adaptace. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, které jsou zpracovány na základě relevantní literatury. V praktické části je představena společnost Sportsdirect.com Czech Republic, s.r.o.. Poté je analyzován současný proces adaptace v tomto podniku a je provedeno zhodnocení adaptačního procesu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které povedou ke zlepšení efektivnosti procesu adaptace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the process of adaptation of workers in the organization Sportsdirect.com Czech Republic, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is analyze and evaluate the process of adaptation in selected organization and Building on the analysis to formulate proposals to improve the process of adaptation. Work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is devoted to theoretical knowledge, which are processed in the basic relevant literature. In practical part there are introduction of the organization Sportrsdirect.com Czech Republic, s.r.o. and then is analyzed the process of adaptation in this organization and there is evaluation of this process of adaptation. In end of the work are listed suggestions, which will lead to improve effectiveness the process of adaptation. |
