| Abstract: | V úvodu práce jsou podrobněji rozebrány základní pojmy související s problematikou. Práce se snaží stručně nastínit historii zaměstnávání cizinců na našem území. Hlavním bodem práce je rozebrání právní úpravy v České republice, a to na část zaměstnávání cizinců a pobyt cizinců na území ČR. Poslední kapitola se zaobírá správními delikty a kontrolní činností na úseku nelegálního zaměstnávání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The introduction analyses in detail the basic concepts related to the issue. The thesis tries to briefly outline the history of the employment of foreigners on our territory. The main point is the analysis of work legislation in the Czech Republic on the part of the employment of foreigners and the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The last chapter deals with administrative misdemeanour and inspection activities in the area of illegal employment. |
