| Abstract: | V současné době se stále častěji hovoří o standardu učitele a v návaznosti na to pak o kariérním systému. Jsou tedy jisté tendence stanovit, jaké osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti by měl učitel mít. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit nikoliv pohled odborníků, ale přímo žáků, kteří jsou učitelovým působením formováni dnes a denně. Předkládaná diplomová práce na téma Učitel očima žáků různých věkových kategorií je tvořena z teoretické a praktické části. Náplní teoretické části je nejprve psychologická charakteristika osobnosti a následně charakteristika osobnosti učitele. K těmto kapitolám je přistupováno z hlediska stejné struktury jednotlivých vlastností. Oddíl zaměřený na osobnost učitele se zabývá také výkonem učitelské role, profesními činnostmi a kompetencemi. Práce směřuje ke stanovení obrazu úspěšného či ideálního učitele z pohledu žáků. Závěr teoretické části přináší přehled již provedených výzkumů na toto téma. Praktická část obsahuje kapitoly mapující výzkumné šetření. Postupně se zabývá přípravou, realizací, metodikou a následně pak vyhodnocením výsledků. Ke zjištění odpovědí na výzkumnou otázku (Jaký by měl být ideální učitel z pohledu žáků 7. ročníku ZŠ a 2. ročníku SŠ?) bylo použito dotazníku a rozhovoru. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou sestaveny žebříčky vlastností úspěšného učitele podle jednotlivých oblastí a také podle stupně školy. |
| Abstract in different language: | Nowadays it is very common to discuss about the standard of a teacher and in relation to it then about a career system. There are certain tendencies what personality assumptions and skills teacher should have. The goal of this thesis is to find out not the view of professionals but directly pupils who are everyday formed by teacher´s influence. Submitted diploma thesis on Teacher through the eyes of pupils of different age groups is consisted of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is in the first instance about psychological characteristics of personality and then about personality characteristics of a teacher. Its approach to these chapters is based on the same structure of particular attributes. The section focused on the teacher´s personality also deals with the performance of a teacher´s role, professional activities and competencies. The thesis leads up to a specification of successful or ideal teacher through the eyes of pupils. Conclusion of the theoretical part brings the overview of the research which has been already done on this topic. The practical part consists of the chapters regarding a survey. Gradually it deals with preparation, realization, methodology and then with an evaluation of the results. Questionnaire and interview were used in order to find out the answers on the research question (What should be the ideal teacher through the eyes of pupils of 7th year of primary school and 2nd year of secondary school). Based on the acquired results there are made the attribute rankings of successful teacher according to the particular areas and also school grade. |
