| Abstract: | Česká Kanada - konstrukce regionu, obsahem práce jsou informace o původu označení Česká Kanada, vymezení oblasti v geograficekém smyslu, historie území a přírodního parku Česká Kanada. Dále pak vyobrazení České Kanady v turistickém a mediálním diskursu, proces konstruování nového typu identity na příkladu České Kanady a též terenní výzkum identitárního ztotožňování obyvatel regionu s jeho charakteristikou jako České Kanady. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Czech Canada - a construction of the region, defining the area in the geographical sense, definition of the history of the territory to the present day and how it is perceived by Czechs and also description of the Česká Kanada national park. Presentation of Česká Kanada by the tourism industry and in the media, focusing on the depiction of this region in tourist publications and manuals. And process of designing a new type of image for Czech Canada, including an evaluation and interpretation the results of field research. |
