| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci se zákazníky prostřednictvím sociálních médií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde je vymezený pojem sociální média v kontextu technologie a marketingové komunikace. Jsou zde také uvedeny základní možnosti využití vybraných druhů sociálních médií v podnikovém sektoru. Další část této práce je zaměřena na představení analyzované společnosti a společnosti s ní porovnávané. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé druhy sociálních médií analyzovány v praxi. U každého druhu se nachází zhodnocení komunikace se zákazníky a doporučení pro její zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on communication with customers through social media. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where the concept of social media is defined in the context of technology and marketing communication. There are also presented basic possibilities of using selected types of social media in the corporate sector. Another part of this work is focused on introducing the analyzed company and the company with it. In the practical part, the different types of social media are analyzed in practice. For each type there is an assessment of communication with customers and recommendations for improvement. |
