| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje výsledky sledování pacientů, ve věku 18- 33 let v psychiatrické ambulanci, kteří byli v letech 2007-2010 vyšetření poprvé pro diagnózu deprese. Vzniku depresivní poruchy předchází stresor, který vede ke ztrátě psychické stability a ke vzniku psychické poruchy. Nejpodstatnější část této práce je výzkum a diskuse nad výsledky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describes the results of study of subjects, that were treated for the first time in their life for depressive disorder in out-patient office in years 2007-2010. The onset of depression in evaluated patiens was preceded by negative life event, that caused destabilisation of their psychic stability and led to the onset of depressive disorder. The most important part of the thesis is the research and discussion of the results. |
