| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hlavními činnostmi personálního oddělení ve veřejné správě. Personální oddělení je v současné době velmi důležitým útvarem organizace a personalistiku již nelze chápat pouze jako personální administrativu a podpůrnou činnost organizace. Využitím personálních činností a jejich komplexně zpracovaným systémem lze efektivně dosáhnout vysokého potenciálu lidských zdrojů a strategických cílů organizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis inquiries the main activities of the personnel department in the public administration. The personnel department is currently a very important division of the organization and the personnel management cannot been understood as merely a personnel administration and supportive activity of an organization. The high potential of human resources and strategic objects of the organization can been efficiently achieved by using personnel activities and their complex system. |
