| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice komunikace pracovníků záchranných služeb při zásahu v příhraniční oblasti. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a pohled na problematiku komunikace, zdravotnickou záchrannou službu i příhraniční oblasti České republiky. Praktická část se věnuje autorem vytvořené piktogramové pomůcce, která má za úkol pomoci překonat jazykovou bariéru mezi vedoucím výjezdové skupiny a zdravotníkem v nemocnici. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření popisuje její užitečnost a nutné úpravy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of communication between emergency medical services workers during a joint action in a border area. The theoretical part gives a definition of basic terms and looks into the problematics of communication, emergency medical service and border areas of Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the pictogram tool which the autor created. The tools purpose is to help to overcome the language barrier between an emergency medical service worker and a medical worker in a hospital. Using a questionnaire survey we describe the usefulness of the tool and its necessary adjustments. |
