| Abstract: | Práce popisuje vývoj zahraniční politiky Jihoafrické republiky s ohledem na lidská práva. Analyzuje roli lidských práv v zahraniční politice jednotlivých prezidentů od pádu apartheidu. Jelikož jsou lidská práva jednou ze základních hodnot Jihoafrické republiky těsně po přechodu od apartheidu k demokracii, zkoumáme nakolik je jihoafričtí prezidenti dokázali prosazovat v zahraniční politice . Práce uvádí příklady jednání Jihoafrické republiky v OSN a vysvětluje jejich postoje pomocí bilaterálních vztahů země. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis describe the South Africa's foreign policy transformation with an emphasize on human rights. It analyzes the role of human rights in foreign policy each of the prezidents since the end of the apartheid. Human rights are one of the basic values in South Africa's transition from apartheid to democracy, so we deal with how south african presidents promote human rights in their foreign policy. Diploma thesis presents examplex of South Africa's voting in the UN and explains its attitude through bilateral relations. |
