| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Svobodný přístup k informacím dává čtenáři možnost se zorientovat v české i mezinárodní úpravě práva na informace. Hlavní cíl práce, je popis stavebních kamenů zákona 106/1999 Sb. o svobodném přístupu k informacím, jeho praktickému využití, historický vývoj a obsah novel a též popis a analýzna judikatury, včetně argumentace s využitím názorů autorů věnujících se tomuto tématu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis "Freedom of information" provides general overview of the legislation related to public access to information held by public authorities. This area is mainly governed by the Czech legislation act 106/1999 (Freedom of information act) which is the main subject covered in this thesis, but international law influence is also mentioned. Thesis "Freedom of information" provides historical background of the main building blocks used in the described legislation. |
