| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přehled výkonových polovodičových součástek. Práce je strukturovaná od součástek s jednodušší strukturou až po ty složitější. Každá kapitola popisuje funkci součástky, základní parametry a jejich použití. U každé jsou uvedeni vybraní zástupci z aktuálních katalogů výrobců součástek s maximálním možným napěťovým a proudovým zatížením. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on an overview of power semiconductor devices. The thesis is a structured from a component with a simpler structure to the more complex ones. Each chapter describes the function of the component, the basic parameters and its use. Each component is selected from current catalogs of component manufacturers with maximum possible voltage and current loads. |
