| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přeshraniční spolupráce v Kraji Vysočina -nehraničním krajem České republiky. Nejprve se zaměřuje na základní údaje potřebné pro pochopení kontextu této kooperace. Objasňuje základní informace o přeshraniční spolupráci, její definici, historii i právní nástroje. Dále obsahuje geografickou charakteristiku Kraje Vysočina. Následuje shrnutí informací o programu Interreg CZ-AT 2014 2020, současném programu přeshraniční spolupráce, o jeho strategiích a obsahu. Dále popisuje a hodnotí, především pomocí SWOT analýzy, jednotlivé projekty předcházejícího programu spolupráce Cíle 3 - Evropské územní spolupráce, probíhajícího v období 2007 2013. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cross-border cooperation in the Vysočina Region - the non-border region of the Czech Republic. At first, the thesis focuses on the basic data needed for understanding the context of this cooperation. The thesis clarifies basic information on cross-border co-operation, its definition, history and legal instruments. It also contains a geographical characteristic of the Vysočina Region. The following is a summary of Interreg CZ-AT 2014-2020 - current cross-border cooperation program, its strategies and content. It also describes and evaluates, primarily thru the SWOT analysis, the individual projects of the preceding cooperation program - Objectives 3 - European Territorial Cooperation, taking place in the period 2007-2013. |
