| Abstract: | Práce představuje kulturu piva a hospod v české společnosti a její specifika v oblasti historického, společenského, kulturního a lokálního vývoje. Cílem práce bylo posoudit úlohu piva a hospod v české společnosti, jejich místa, váhu a vliv v kulturním a sociálním systému a provést určitou kompilační analýzu kulturně historického vývoje dané problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The object of the thesis is to explore and specify the particular role that beer plays in the Czech culture and society. It also addresses its historical, social, cultural, and local development. The aim was to examine the function of beer and its cultural configuration; its setting and significance in cultural and social system. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on both cultural and historical transformation of beer consumption on the Czech historical territory and pubs as active cultural and social institutions. |
