| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je autonomie církví a náboženských společností v České republice. První čáast popisuje náboženská práva, která jsou upravena v Listině základních práv a svobod. V následující části analyzuji interní předpisy jednotlivých církví a náboženských společností.Ve třetí částise zabývám výsledky dotazníkového šetření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this thesis is the autonomy of churches and religious societies in the Czech republic. The first part describes religious rights, which are regulated in the Charter of fundamental human rights and freedoms. In the next part, I analyze individual churches and religions societies and compare their internal rules. In the third part, analyze individual churches and religions societies and compare their internal rules. Last part is devoted to evaluation of survey. |
