| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je přiblížit jednotlivé předpisy diskriminující židovské obyvatelstvo a regulující jejich právní postavení na území Protektorátu Čech a Moravy. U některých předpisů je proveden juristický rozbor. Záměrem práce je poukázat nejen na okupační, ale i protektorátní předpisy, na jejichž základě byli Židé v osobním i veřejném životě omezováni a zaměřit se na právní rámec těchto nařízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this study was to provide overview of the legislation discriminating against the Jewish population and regulating their legal status in the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Juristic analysis was also performed in case of some pieces of legislation. This study wants to outline both the occupation regime and Protectorate regulations restricting Jews in their personal as well as public life. |
