| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou místní poplatky a bližší charakteristika místních poplatků ve vybraných obcích. První část této bakalářské práce se věnuje obci jako základnímu územního celku a obecního rozpočtu, jehož daňovou část příjmu tvoří také místní poplatky. Následující část práce je zaměřena přímo na specifikaci pojmu místního poplatku a poplatkové prvky, dále na historii zákona o místních poplatcích a platnou právní úpravu místních poplatků v České republice nyní, také na soustavu místních poplatků v České republice a na správu místních poplatků v obcích. Poslední část práce je věnována systému místních poplatků ve městě Černošín a také v městysi Chodová Planá a následnému porovnání výsledků v těchto obcích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the bachelor's work is the system of local fees and more detailed characterization of local fees in the selected municipalities. The first part of this bachelor's work deals with the municipality as the basic territorial unit and the municipal budget, whose tax part of the income also forms local fees. The following part of the work focuses directly on the specification of the concept of local fee and fee elements, the history of the Local Fees Act and the current legal regulation of local fees in the Czech Republic, as well as the system of local fees in the Czech Republic and the administration of local fees in municipalities. The last part of the work is devoted to the system of local fees in the town of Černošín and also to the town of Chodová Planá and the subsequent analysis of the results in those municipalities. |
