| Abstract: | Smyslem této bakalářské práce je zaměřit se na komunikaci se zákazníkem na sociálních médiích. Práce obsahuje dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování termínů z oblasti sociálních médií a také marketingové komunikace. Dále poukazuje na důležitou roli sociálních médií právě při komunikaci se zákazníkem. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část obsahuje příklady úspěšných a neúspěšných kampaní prováděných na sociálních médiích. Druhá část hodnotí komunikaci se zákazníky u vybraných českých e-shopů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to focus on communication with customers by social media. The thesis consist of two parts theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on defying the terms from social media field and from marketing communication on the internet. It also highlights the important role of social media in communication with costumers. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part contains examples of successful and unsuccessful social media campaigns. The second part evaluates communication with customers at selected Czech e-shops. |
