| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spotřební chování zákazníků v restauracích s rychlou obsluhou. Jejím cílem je analyzovat faktory ovlivňující nákupní chování zákazníků. Teoretická část se zabývá nákupním rozhodovacím procesem, faktory ovlivňující nákupní chování zákazníka a stravovacími službami se zaměřením na fastfoodové restaurace. Předmětem praktické části bylo představení fastfoodových restaurací v Plzni, dotazníkové šetření a pozorování týkající se faktorů ovlivňujících nákupní chování zákazníků. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro vylepšení stravovacích služeb a udžení stávajících norem fastfoodových restaurací. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the consumer behavior of customers in fastfood restaurants. The objective is to analyze the factors influencing the buying behaviour of customers. The theoretical part deals with the buying process, the factors influencing the buing behavior of customer and the catering services focusing on fastfood restaurants. The practical part is devoted to introduce the fastfood restaurants in Pilsen, to the questionnare survey and observation of the factors influencing the buying behavior of customers. There are the practical recommendations for the fastfood restaurants for the inovations of catering services and the sustainable standards. |
