| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá image destinace cestovního ruchu se specializací na ostrov Kypr. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s destinací cestovního ruchu, její image a marketingem destinace. Teorie dále obsahuje charakteristiku ostrova Kypr. Praktická část je věnována bližšímu popisu britského a českého segmentu návštěvníků, srovnání jejich preferencí a analýze jejich recenzí. Součástí praktického výzkumu je také dotazníkové šetření směřované k českým studentům, jeho vyhodnocení a interpretace. V závěru práce se nacházejí praktická doporučení pro podniky služeb vyplývající z výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the destination image in tourism and is aimed at the island of Cyprus. The theoretical part contains the definition of terms related to the tourist destination, destination image and destination marketing. This part also describes characteristics of the island. The practical part is devoted to more detailed description of British and Czech visitor segment, comparation of their preferences and analysis of their reviews. The practical research also involves a questionnaire survey focused on Czech students, evaluation of the questionnaire and its interpretation. There are practical recommendations for the tourism services business resulting from the survey. |
