| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s Českým systémem kvality služeb a jeho následná aplikace ve vybraném podniku. První část bakalářské práce vymezuje problematiku služeb cestovního ruchu, marketingový mix služeb a kvalitu služeb v České republice. Druhá část se zabývá Českým systémem kvality služeb, popisuje jeho požadavky na získání certifikátu kvality. Následně je tento systém aplikován ve vybraném podniku. Výstupem práce je návrh žádosti o udělení certifikátu kvality podle Českého systému kvality služeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is introduction of the Czech service quality system and utilization of the system in the specific business. First part of the thesis defines the problematics of tourism services, marketing mix of services and service quality in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with the Czech service quality system and describes the requirements to aquire the quality certificate. Further the system is applied on the specific business. The outcome of the thesis is a request design for the quality certificate according to the Czech service quality system. |
