| Abstract: | Článek je příspěvkem k široké diskusi o krizi liberální demokracie. Jako východisko úvah pojímá lidskou důstojnost a její roli v soudobém politickém a právním diskursu. Právě oslabování role lidské důstojnosti v těchto sférách lze identifikovat jako jeden z průvodních jevů krize liberální demokracie. Za účelem kritické analýzy krize samotné nabízí článek vlastní sémantický model liberální demokracie, jehož užitím se snaží analyzovat některé z problematických otázek vyvstávajících v současné krizi, tj. zejména teoretickou otázku vztahu mezi liberálním a demokratickým politickým a ústavním uspořádáním či reálný problém nárůstu identitárních politik a antisystémových stran. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article is a contribution to broad discussions concerning the crisis of liberal democracy. The starting point of the article is human dignity and its role in recent political and legal discourse. The weakening of the concept of human dignity in both spheres can be identified as one of the accompanying phenomenon of the crisis of liberal democracy. To provide a critical analysis of the crisis itself the article develops a semantic model of liberal democracy and by its use it tries to analyze some of the problematic aspects of the crisis, e.g. the theoretical problem of the relationship between liberal and democratic political and constitutional arrangement or the serious issue of the rise of identity politics and anti-system political parties. |
