| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresovou zátěží pracovníků integrovaného záchranného systému, konkrétně zdravotnických záchranářů. V práci jsou objasněny základní termíny z oblasti stresu. Charakterizován je také integrovaný záchranný systém, přičemž zvýšená pozornost je věnována zdravotnické záchranné službě. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření u vzorku zdravotnických záchranářů. Výsledkem výzkumu je zmapování stresové zátěže, která na zdravotnické záchranáře působí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with stress in the workers of the Integrated rescue system, especially the medical rescue workers. In this paper, special terms of stress are clarified. The Integrated rescue system is also characterized in this paper; special attention is paid to the Medical rescue service. The practical part is based on a questionnaire investigating a sample of medical workers. The investigation aimed to plot the stress factors under influence of which the rescuers are. |
