| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce analyzuje sankční politiku Evropské unie, jež využívá sankce jako nástroj, jak dosáhnout cílů společné zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky. V rámci případové studie se zaměřuji na Bělorusko, které poskytuje specifický příklad evropské sankční politiky. Tamní autoritářský režim prezidenta Alexandra Lukašenka značně narušuje principy evropské agendy. I přesto je Bělorusko součástí některých evropských projektů. Vztahy EU a Běloruska zároveň výrazně ovlivňuje Ruská federace. Cílem této práce byla analýza sankční politiky EU a zjistit, zda mají evropské sankce vliv na běloruskou politiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis intents to analyze the European Union sanctions policy which uses sanctions as a tool to achieve goals of the Common Foreign and Security Policy. The case study is to fasten on Belarus as a specific example of the European sanctions policy. There is authoritarian regime of president Alexander Lukashenko which violates the principles of European agenda. Despite Belarus is part of some European projects. Relations between European Union and Belarus are greatly affected by Russian Federation. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the European Union sanctions policy and find out whether they affect the Belarusian policy. |
