| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou změn ústavy Irské republiky od roku 1941 do roku 2015. V první části této práce popisuji jednotlivé návrhy změn ústavy irské republiky v jednotlivých dekádách. U každého návrhu je možné nalézt informace, které se týkají předložení, obsahu a výsledku navrhované změny. U každé změny, o které bylo hlasováno v referendu, je uveden graf s přesnými výsledky referenda, účastí a oprávněných voličů, kteří se mohli všelidového hlasování účastnit. Na začátku kapitol jednotlivých dekád jsou uvedeny výsledky voleb do dolní komory parlamentu. Tyto údaje ukazují, jaké politické strany zasedaly v Parlamentu během jednotlivých referend. V druhé části této právo se věnuji srovnání výsledků jednotlivých přeložených návrhů podle tematických okruhů. Jedná se o téma evropské integrace, společenská a institucionální témata. U každého okruhu rozebírám, která politická strana daný návrh předložila, jeho úspěšnost a procentuální účast při hlasování v referendu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of changes in the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland from 1941 to 2015. In the begginingt thesis I describe the proposals changes Constitution of the Republic of Ireland in decades. For each proposal, it is possible to find information regarding the submission, content and outcome of the proposed change. For each change voted in the referendum, a graph is presented with the exact results of the referendum, the participation and the eligible voters who could participate in the popular vote. At the beggining of the chapters of each decade, we can finde results of elections to the lower house of Parliament. These figures show which political parties get to Dáil and could submit a proposal. In the second part of this law, I compare the results of individual translated proposals according to thematic areas. This is a topic of European integration, social and institutional issues. For each referendum topis, I analyze which political party presented the proposal, success of the rate and the percentage of votes in the referendum.This part demonstrate how many society, european, institutional themes was held in referendum and them succese. |
