| Abstract: | Obsahem první části rigorózní práce je zmapování historie a vývoje směnky a směnečného práva v českých zemích. Druhá část této práce je zaměřena na komparaci právních norem směnečného řádu z roku 1850 s aktuálně platnou a účinnou právní úpravou. V této práci rovněž nejsou opomenuty ani některé historické konsekvence, které s tématem bezprostředně souvisí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first part of this doctoral thesis deals with history and development of promissory note and exchange law in Czech lands. The second part of this thesis aims to comparison of legal norms of the exchange regulation from 1850 with current legislation. This work also mentions some historical consequences which are directly related to the subject matter. |
