| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice odhalování domácího násilí páchaného na dětech a porovnává právní úpravu s praxí orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále vymezuje pojem domácího násilí a práva a povinnosti rodičů a dětí v souvislosti s domácím násilím. V této diplomové práci jsou vymezeny důsledky domácího násilí a instituty náhradní péče o týrané děti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of detecting domestic violence against children and compares the legislation with the practice of the Social-Legal child protection authority. It also defines the concept of domestic violence and defines the rights and duties of parents and children in the context of domestic violence. This thesis defines the consequences of domestic violence and institutes of alternative care for abused children. |
