| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření WordPress pluginu pro CzechAmerican TV, který bude pomáhat americkým návštěvníkům webu CzechAmerican TV s českými kořeny ve vyhledávání informací o jejich předcích. Teoretická část práce popisuje redakční systém WordPress se zaměřením na tvorbu pluginů, další technologie které budou při tvorbě pluginu využity a na problémy vyhledávání obyvatel USA pří vyhledávání jejich českých předků. Praktická část práce analyzuje dostupná data k vyhledávání, potřeby CzechAmerican TV pro vytvářený plugin, a dále popisuje implementaci a následné testování vytvářeného pluginu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Goal of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a WordPress plugin which will assist american users of Czech-American TV's website with czech roots to find information about their ancestors.The theoretical part of this thesis describes the content management system WordPress, with increased focus on plugin development, additional technologied used for developing the plugin and problems USA citizens have to face when researching their Czech ancestry. The practical part analyzes available data that can be used for finding one's ancestors and the needs of Czech-American TV for the developed plugin. It also describes the development and testing of said plugin. |
