| Abstract: | Předloţená práce je zaměřena na obchodní činnost společnosti Meggle, s.r.o., která zprostředkovává distribuci produktů MEGGLE, vlastněnými společností MEGGLE AG, v rámci České republiky. První část této práce je zaměřena na teorii, která popisuje danou problematiku. Druhá část práce je praktická, ve které je nejprve zpracována charakteristika a historie společnosti Meggle, s.r.o. a MEGGLE AG a jejich postavení na trhu. Dále je popsán marketingový mix společnosti Meggle, s.r.o., analyzováno konkurenční prostředí, provedena SWOT analýza, metoda rozhovorů a dotazníkové šetření. V poslední části práce jsou stanovena opatření, která by měla posílit konkurenceschopnost společnosti Meggle, s.r.o. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis is focused on business activities of Meggle, s.r.o., which mediates the distribution of the MEGGLE products owned by MEGGLE AG within the Czech Republic. The first part of this thesis is theoretical and describes particular issues. The second part is practical, in which the characteristics and history of Meggle, s.r.o. and MEGGLE AG and theirs market position are described. Furthermore, the marketing mix of Meggle, s.r.o., the competitive environment, the SWOT analysis, the interview method and the questionnaire survey are analysed. In the last part of the thesis there are measures given that should strengthen the competitiveness of Meggle, s.r.o. |
