| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na migraci pracovní síly. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem migrace, je zde uvedena základní charakteristika analyzované oblasti a jsou také shrnuty základní atributy předmětného tématu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje zejména na současnou migraci, respektive současnou situaci v oblasti migrace a její aktuální stav. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav pracovní migrace, vyhodnotit její dopady na ekonomickou situaci a zjistit počty migrujících lékařů za lepšími pracovními podmínkami. Praktická část je věnována vyhodnocení vlastního dotazníkového šetření, přičemž respondenty dotazníku byli zaměstnanci z hospitalizačních zařízení. Cílem dotazníkového šetření bylo zjistit, zda respondenti mají s pracovní migrací nějaké zkušenosti a z jakých důvodů by o této příležitosti uvažovali. |
| Abstract in different language: | This graduation thesis deals with migration of manpower. In theoretical part is defined the concept of migration, is there also mentioned the basic characteristics of analysed sphere and the basic atributs of the theme. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on contemporary migration, especially present situation in sphere of the migration and her current status. The main theme of this thesis is the analysis of current status of manpower migration, evaluation of the migration effects on economic situation and detection the numbers of the doctors, who migrate for better working conditions. The practical part of this thesis is formed by evaluation of the questionnaire, where the respondents were employees from the hospitalization facilities. The objective of the questionnaire was to find out experiences of respondents with manpower migration and detect their reasons, why they would consider about migration opportunity. |
