| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řemeslnických sdružení a cechů v královském městě Rakovníku. Práce popisuje hospodářský vývoj, řemeslnické a cechovní uspořádání. Text je členěn chronologicky a jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují určitým epochám. V jednotlivých kapitolách je nejdříve popisován historicko-politický kontext s důrazem na hospodářské dějiny a následně řemeslnická a cechovní problematika v daném období. V úvodní části práce jsou popsány počátky svobodné řemeslnické práce, vznik svobodných trhů a rozvoj rakovnické městské samosprávy. Další kapitoly se věnují vývoji rakovnického cechovního uspořádání. Práce sleduje transformaci cechovního zřízení od jeho počátků až po zrušení. V závěrečné části práce je popsán zánik cechů, vznik nových řemeslnicých spolků ve 2. polovině 19. století a první průmyslové podniky v Rakovníku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issues of artisan unions and guilds in the royal town of Rakovník. The thesis describes the history and transformation of the organisation of guilds. The text is organised chronologically and each chapter dedicate to certain era. Initially, the description of historical and political context with the emphasis on the history of economics is introduced, followed by the discussion of issues connected with artisans and guilds in the given period. In the introductory section, the beginnings of free artisan work, the foundation, and the development of the town Rakovník are unraveled. Following sections are dedicated to the development of guilds' establishment in Rakovník until the transformation of guilds after the industrial revolution in 19th century. The thesis is based mainly on the works of the historians and chroniclers of Rakovník and works of Zikmund Winter. The archival research carried out in Státní okresní archiv Rakovník. |
