| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu posouzení nastavení organizační struktury ve společnosti Plánské služby, s. r. o. Data jsou zpracována pomocí poskytnutých interních dokumentů a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s jednatelem zmíněné společnosti. Stávající organizační struktura je posouzena na základě provedených analýz, a to z hlediska rozsahu řídícího rozpětí, vymezení odpovědností a pravomocí, náplní prací pro jednotlivé pozice a porovnání pracovních činností v ekonomickém úseku, kde bylo realizováno šetření mezi pracovnicemi. Hlavní výstup práce obsahuje návrhy na úpravy v organizační struktuře a nově navržené organizační struktury. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted Bachelor thesis deals with the problems of evaluation of the organizational structure in a company Plánské služby, s. r. o. The data is processed by means of internal documents provided and a semi-structured interview with the executive director of the company. The current organizational structure is evaluated on the basis of the analyses carried out, in terms of the extent of the span of control, specification of responsibilities and powers, job contents of individual positions and the comparison of activities in the economic sector where a survey among female workers was carried out. The main outcome of the work includes proposals for adjustments in the organizational structure and newly designed organizational structures. |
