Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou mystery shopping. V první části této práce jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky k dané problematice. Teoretické poznatky jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části. V rámci praktické části byl proveden vlastní výzkum, a také byly analyzovány výsledky poskytnuté společností ING Bank. Z provedené analýzy jsou dále vyvozeny návrhy na zlepšení situace. |
Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor Thesis is focused on the technique of mystery shopping. The first part of this thesis includes theoretical knowledge to the issue. These theoretical information are later applied in the next part, which is practical part of this thesis. First the own research was done with use of technique of mystery shopping, then were analysed results of mystery shopping provided by ING Bank. From the analysis there are defined suggestions to improve the situation. |
