| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současné fundraisingové aktivity vybrané neziskové organizace a navrhnout fundraisingový plán na následující období. První teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na neziskové organizace obecně, konkrétně poté na obecně prospěšné společnosti, dále na finanční řízení neziskových organizací a samotný fundraising. Druhá praktická část obsahuje popis vybrané neziskové organizace - Techmania Science Centrum, o.p.s., analýzu jejích finančních zdrojů a fundraisingových aktivit. Na závěr je navrhnuto několik doporučení v oblasti zvýšení příjmů a také samotný fundraisingový plán. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current fundraising activities of a selected non-profit organization and suggestion of fundraising plan for the following period. The first theoretical part of the thesis focuses on non-profit organizations in general, then on public benefit companies, on the financial management of non-profit organizations and fundraising itself. The second practical part contains a description of a selected non-profit organization - Techmania Science Center, o.p.s., analysis of its financial resources and fundraising activities. In conclusion, there are several recommendations in the area of increasing revenues and fundraising plan itself. |
