| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření nepodnikatelského subjektu organizační složky státu Krajského soudu v Plzni za roky 2013 až 2018. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat příjmy a výdaje organizační složky státu, zhodnotit její celkové hospodaření a navrhnout u zjištěných problémů možnosti její nápravy. Analýza hospodaření je provedena srovnáním hospodaření s organizační složkou státu stejného zaměření. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je na základě právních norem vymezeno hospodaření organizační složky státu. V prvním oddílu praktické části je popsán analyzovaný subjekt a subjekt s ním srovnávaný. Dále je provedena hloubková analýza příjmů a výdaje a celkového hospodaření. V závěru je vyhodnoceno celkové hospodaření organizační složky státu Krajského soudu v Plzni. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the management of the non-business subject ofthe organizational unit of the State Regional Court in Pilsen for the years 2013 to 2018. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the revenues and expenditures of the state organizational unit, to evaluate its overall management and to propose the possibilities of its correction in the identified problems. The economic analysis is performed by comparing the management of the state organizational unit of the same focus. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the management of the state organizational unit on the basis of legal standards. The first part of the practical part describes the analyzed subject and the subject compared with it. In conclusion, the overall management of the organizational unit of the State Regional Court in Pilsen is evaluated. |
