| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním auditem, kde se ověřuje účetní závěrka auditorem. Popisuje podstatu a význam finančního auditu i právní úpravu, která se auditorské činnosti v ČR týká. Obsahuje informace o Komoře auditorů České republiky, Rady pro veřejný dohled nad auditorem, Mezinárodní etický kodex i Mezinárodní standardy ISA. Je zde také popsán postup auditora při provádění auditorské zakázky, a to od činností před uzavřením smlouvy o auditu po vydání zprávy auditora. V této práci je také charakterizován vybraný podnikatelský subjekt v oblasti auditu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with financial audit, where the financial statements are verified by an auditor. It describes the essence and significance of financial audit as well as the legal regulation of auditing in the Czech Republic. It contains information about the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, the Council for Public Oversight over the auditor, the International Code of Ethics and the International Standards ISA. It also describes the auditor´s approach to performing an audit engagement, from pre-audit activities to the issuance of the auditor´s report. This work also characterizes a selected business entity in the field of audit. |
