| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je "Právní úprava podání v civilním procesu". Podání patří mezi nejtradičnější a nejčastější procesní úkony účastníků řízení. Cílem diplomové práce je podat komplexní výklad o pozitivněprávní úpravě tohoto institutu. Diplomová práce je členěna do samostatných kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje charakteristice civilního procesu. Druhá kapitola pojednává o procesních úkonech účastníků řízení. Následující text práce se věnuje charakteristice podání, jeho formám, náležitostem, druhům a konečně vadám. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the diploma thesis is Legal Adjustment of the Submission in Civil Procedural Law. The submission is the most traditional and typical procedural act performered by involved parties. . The main task of this work was to give a comprehensive interpretation of this institute.The diploma thesis is divided into several individual chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the civil procedural law. The second chapter desribes the procedural acts of the involved parties. The following text of the diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of submissions, its forms,content requirements, types of submissions and its defects. |
