| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá civilní žalobou. Žalobou se zahajuje sporné řízení. Žalobce se žalobou domáhá ochrany svých práv u nezávislého soudu. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř základních kapitol - historie žaloby, žaloba a žalobní právo, náležitosti žaloby a druhy žalob. |

The plaintiff seeks the protection of rights in the independent court. The thesis is composed of four chapters - the history of the action, the action and the right of action, the essentials of the action and the types of actions. |
