| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na dynastii Lucemburků, konkrétně na českého krále Jana Lucemburského a jeho prvorozeného syna Karla. Následně se práce věnuje Petru Žitavskému, třetímu opatu Zbraslavského kláštera a jednomu z autorů Zbraslavské kroniky, jejímž prostřednictvím nahlížíme na vládu již zmíněných Lucemburků v průběhu jejich panování v českých zemích. Teoretická část popisuje situaci v českých zemích po vymření Přemyslovců, nástup lucemburské dynastie na český trůn, počátky vlády Jana Lucemburského, boje krále s českou šlechtou či Janovu mezinárodní politiku. Součástí jsou i kapitoly o Karlu IV., cisterciáckém řádu, Zbraslavském klášteře, o Petru Žitavském a Zbraslavské kronice. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou a komparací zápisů Zbraslavské kroniky s moderními historickými publikacemi. Stěžejní je analýza postav panovníků a proměn v jejich zobrazení, konkrétně rozbor autorových očekávání a jeho nadějí vs. realita. Podstatné je odhalení autorovy tendenčnosti vůči panující lucemburské dynastii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the dynasty of Luxembourgs, specifically on the Czech King John of Luxembourg and his firstborn son Charles. Subsequently, the work is devoted to Peter of Zittau, the third abbot of the Zbraslav monastery and one of the authors of the Chronicon Aulae regiae, through which we look at the government of the already mentioned Luxembourgers during their reign in the Czech lands. The theoretical part describes the situation in the Czech lands after the extinction of the Přemyslids, the accession of the Luxembourg dynasty to the Czech throne, the beginnings of the reign of John of Luxembourg, the king's struggle with the Czech nobility or John's international policy. It also includes chapters on Charles IV., the Cistercian order, the Zbraslav monastery, Peter of Zittau and the Cronicon Aulae regiae. The practical part deals with the analysis and comparison of the records of the Chronicon Aulae regiae with modern historical publications. The analysis of the figures of monarchs and changes in their depiction is crucial. Specifically the analysis of the author's expectations and his hopes vs. reality. It is essential to reveal the author's tendency towards the ruling Luxembourg dynasty. |
