| Abstract: | Téma této diplomové práce je ?Sankce uplatňované u mladistvých pachatelů?. Jsou zde popsány opatření, které lze mladistvým pachatelům uložit dle platné právní úpravy. Tyto opatření jsou zde rozděleny do tří podkapitol a to výchovná opatření, ochranná opatření a trestní opatření. V závěru práce je porovnání těchto opatření se slovenskou právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this thesis is "The sanctions applied on juvenile offenders?. The thesis describes measures that can be imposed on juvenile offenders in accordance with applicable legislation. These measures are divided into three subsections which are educational, protective and criminal measures. The conclusion of this thesis compares these measures with the Slovak legislation. |
