| Abstract: | V úvodu diplomové práce jsem se snažil o vymezení pojmu trestného činu.Dále jsem zmínil historický vývoj trestního práva u nás a vývoj trestné součinnosti. V další kapitole jsem charakterizoval trestnou součinnost a poté se věnoval jejich jednotlivým formám. V této části jsem se věnoval zejména organizovanému zločinu. Na závěr práce jsem porovnal naši právní úpravu s americkou a anglickou právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | At the beginning of my thesis I tried to explain what the word offense means. In next chapter I mentioned the history of criminal law in the Czech republic. Then I described criminal cooperation and I devoted of special cast of criminal cooperation. The main point was organized crime. At the end of my thesis I compared czech law adjustment with england and american law adjustment. |
