Snaží se odkrýt prvky,který se vyskytují ve všech právních systémech různých kultur.Antropologie práva nás může obohatit o poznatky týkající se jiných společností nám neznámých, jejich právních norem, obyčejů, soudních precedentů a dalších kontrolních systémů. |
