| Abstract: | Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy držení a nošení zbraní na území dnešní České republiky, a to od středověku po současnost. Cílem této práce je tedy zejména provedení analýzy právní úpravy ve vztahu k jednotlivým obdobím, zmapování základních vývojových tendencí včetně zasazení předmětné problematiky do širších historických souvislostí. Vedle právní úpravy samotné je pozornost věnována rovněž aplikační praxi a jejímu zhodnocení. Nechybí však ani částečná komparace některých právních institutů, respektive komparace přístupu zákonodárců k vybraným otázkám souvisejícím s právní úpravou držení a nošení zbraní v průběhu historického vývoje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The rigorous thesis deals with the issue of legal regulation of possession and carrying of weapons in the territory of today's Czech Republic, from the Middle Ages to the present. The aim of this work is mainly to analyse the legislation in relation to individual periods, to map the basic development trends, including the placement of the issue in a broader historical context. In addition to the legislation itself, attention is also paid to application practice and its evaluation. However, there is also a partial comparison of some legal institutes, or a comparison of the approach of legislators to selected issues related to the legal regulation of possession and carrying of weapons in the course of historical development. |
