| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce "Hlavní činnosti personálního oddělení ve veřejné správě" je rozbor hlavních činností personálního oddělení. První kapitoly této práce se zaměřují na personalistiku, její plánování a historii, řízení lidských zdrojů, pracovní dobu, pracovní prostředí a organizaci personálního oddělení. Další části bakalářské práce se zabývají charakteristikou personálních činností, pracovními vztahy či personálním informačním systémem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of the bachelor's thesis "Major activities of personal department in public administration" is the description of the major activities of human resources. First chapters of this thesis focus on human resources, their planning and history, management, working hours, working environment and the organization of the personal department. Other parts of this thesis focus on the characterization of personal activities, working relationship and the system of personal information. |
