| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza voleb do zastupitelstva v Karlovarském kraji. První část práce je věnována historii krajského zřízení a současné právní úpravě voleb do zastupitelstva krajů. Je zde i kapitola věnovaná problematice voleb druhého řádu. Poslední část práce se věnuje Krajským volbám v Karlovarském kraji roce 2020. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of election to the regional council in the Karlovy Vary region. The first part of this thesis is deals history of regional establishment and the current legal regulation of elections to the regional council. There is also a chapter devoted to the issue of second-order elections. The last part of the bachelor thesis deals with the Regional Elections in the Karlovy Vary Region in 2020. |
