| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem trestního práva - dohodou o vině a trestu, která byla do českého právního řádu začleněna v roce 2012. Práce popisuje podmínky a průběh sjednávání dohody a proces jejího schvalování. Je zde také pojednáno o legislativním procesu, v jehož rámci byla dohoda o vině a trestu přijata. Práce obsahuje též porovnání s právní úpravou dohody o vině a trestu na Slovensku a analýzu aktuální míry využití dohody v české aplikační praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the institute of criminal law - an agreement on guilt and punishment, which was incorporated into the Czech legal system in 2012. The thesis describes the conditions and course of negotiating the agreement and the process of its approval. It also discusses the legislative process in which an agreement on guilt and punishment was adopted. The thesis also contains a comparison with the legal regulation of the agreement on guilt and punishment in Slovakia and an analysis of the current level of use of the agreement in Czech application practice. |
