| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem fondů kolektivního investování. Obsahuje vhled do historického vývoje investování do fondů, a především do současné právní úpravy fondů kolektivního investování. Předně je kladen důraz na právní a ekonomické aspekty, které investor zohledňuje při rozhodování, zda zvolit fondy kolektivního investování nebo jiné investiční alternativy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of collective investment funds. It contains an insight into the historical development of investing in funds, and especially in the current legislation of collective investment funds. First of all, emphasis is placed on the legal and economic aspects that the investor takes into account when deciding whether to choose collective investment funds or other investment alternatives. |
